1867, Steamer and Eagle 10 para, block of four in deep fresh shade and good margins all around, used with four clear strikes of blue retta, upper two stamps with ironed out horizontal creases (basically invisible on front), small pre-cuts between stamps, a very attractive and rare multiple, signed Pfenninger
