Gironde" (acutally travelled by "Orenoque") to Genoa with octogonal "MONTEVIDEO PAQ FR. J NO 2 12 JANV 74" and scarce French Italian exchange marking "F*56" alongside, upon arrival charged "70" decimes thus horizontal strip of three postage due 2l. and single 1l. applied and tied by cds., horizontal fold through 1l. postage due, otherwise a fine and very attractive cover and a large franking of this Uruguayan issue combined with one of the highest Italian taxations on transatlantic mail from South America
