1867, Fourth Issue 10 kreuzer green, Type I, tied by blue oval "AGENTIE / D. D. S. G. / LOM PALANKA" to folded letter Lom Palanka to Vienna, with transit cds. "BAZIAS 27 4 76" and italic straight-line "PER DAMPFSCHIFF" alongside, upon arrival charged "10" kreuzer in red crayon.  A very similar entire is illustrated in Tchilinghirian on page 514, a fine and very rare entire in excellent quality.
