"LOCAL POST CHEFOO 10 SEP 94" via "SHANGHAI LOCAL POST SE 14 94" and the German PO where it was newly franked with Germany 20 pf., tied by Shanghai cds., to Hamburg with arrival mark of October 22; cover little toned and opened on top and left, still fine and very scarce
