"BUENOS AIRES 14 MAY 62" to Biella, the letter was transferred to the French Consular P.O. and put aboard of the "Saintonge", upcon arrival charged "10" decimes, a fine and rare entire as most letters were directly handed in Buenos Aires to the Consular P.O. avoiding to pay the inland rate
