PRUSSIA-STRAITS SETTLEMENTS, 1860, Prepaid cover with boxed "GRABOW-STETTIN 16 6" addressed to the commander of the Prussian ship 'Johanna Wagner' to a c/o-address at Singapore. The cover was correctly prepaid in cash with "16½" silbergroschen, at Alexandria rated "1/-" for the British postage beyond Alexandria. On front red "ALEXANDRIA JY 2 60", on reverse transit mark of Trieste and blue manuscript "15/52". A rare destination. 1860, Briefkuvert von "GRABOW-STETTIN 16 6" über Triest und Alexandria an den Kapitän des preußischen Schiffes 'Johanna Wagner' mit c/o-Adresse in Singapur. Das vollständig bezahlte Porto von "16½" Silbergroschen vorderseitig in Rötel notiert, ebenfalls der britische Anteil von "1/-" für die Strecke jenseits von Alexandria. Vorderseitig roter "ALEXANDRIA JY 2 60", rückseitig Transitstempel von Triest und handschriftliche Taxe "15/52". Eine seltene Destination.
