1867/68, Condor 10 centavos brown, 2 single copies in nice fresh colour and with good to very large margins, tied by cds. "CORREOS LA PAZ 16 ENERO" (1868) to entire letter endorsed "Por Vapor" to Arequipa, Peru with Tacna arrival mark on reverse (JAN 22). A very fine and rare letter.
