Ferslew 4 rbs., plate II, pos. 39, large margins, used with central target cancel on lettersheet from "FLENSBURG 28/2 1852" to the island of Fanø, endorsed "frco" in the lower left corner contrary to the postal regulations, therefore charged with "6" rbs. in red crayon with adjacent violet manuscript notations "Kassebref" and "ubetalt (signature)".
