Unissued 37½ c. yellow-brown, horizontal block of 12 with left sheet margin with oblique perforation, upper parts of upper row imperforated, unused with original gum, several stamps unmounted mint; on reverse some light staining and little thins in the left sheet margin only, the right vertical row slightly separated in the perforation; a fine and very scarce block, certificate Böttger BPP (2017) (Prifix 39)
