Insured letter for 4.000.000 Mark to Bonn, brought from Kybartai to Eydtkuhnen to avoid currency control, dispatched in "EYDTKUHNEN 27.7.23" with three line cash-payment cachet and send to Bonn with arrival mark, fine and interesting
2 ch. green and 10 ch. orange used on cover to Leipzig tied solely by oval IMPERIAL BANK OF PERSIA 7 MESHED cachet in violet, reverse with Meched cds (25/12), Teheran cds (26/12) and Leipzig arrival cds (Jan 20). A most unusual usage.
16 ch. pale rose red, fine example used on 8 ch. brown postal stationery envelope sent registered to Germany, tied by SULTANABAD datestamp (Type II) in black, with red registered label and Teheran transit cds. Reverse with green wafer seal and Triptis arrival cds (Jan 3, 1897). A very rare stamp on letter.
5 ch. rose-red and 2 kr. ultramarine used on registered cover to Berlin with 1904 provisional 3 ch. on 5 ch. rose-red tied by bold oval TEHERAN datestamp (March 1) in black. "Vom Auslande / über Bp.4" label on front and reverse with ´Zug 8´ datestamp (March 15) and arrival cds.
