Teheran transit (14/12) at left and London arrival in red. Clear red wax seal "Indo European Telegraph Department" alongside. Minor opening faults, unusual.

Cover with transits of Quetta (June 27), KOH-I-MALEK-SIAH-ZIARET INDIAN P.O. in black (July 4) and Persian Post Office Meshed arrival (July 7) alongside. A rare and attractive usage.
