Our terms and conditions
We charge commission at normal market rates for our services. This depends, inter alia, on the size of the material and the effort that is needed for its lotting, description etc., and is negotiated individually with you by our staff. The commission relates to the hammer price, the sale proceeds that your stamps eventually achieve.
In addition there is an insurance fee amounting to 0.4% of the valuation, i.e. it is for example only 8 euros if the estimated value is 2,000 euros. We must also apply value added tax of 19% this on to you.
Certainly you will understand that we usually have a minimum charge (starting from the valuation) for the consideration of consignments: it is EUR 100 for an individual lot and EUR 250 for a collection. The total consignment should not be less than EUR 2,000.
