1. Personal delivery in Wiesbaden or to any other company of the Global Philatelic Network in Europe, the US or Hong Kong. (Please call us to arrange a mutually convenient appointment)
2. Delivery by mail or courier: Please send consignments with a max. value of EUR 30.000,- by registered mail or by ordinary parcel. For consignments with a higher value, please get in touch with us. For delivery by courier please contact our colleague in the shipment department. If you inform us in advance of the shipment, we will insure the consignment against all risks during transport, up to the amount of your estimated value.
3. In case of very valuable consignments, handing-over can take place at your home. Just call us to arrange an appointment at a place of your choice.
Should you personally deliver your consignment from other foreign countries, entering Germany at Frankfurt airport, we are prepared to meet you there and take care of the customs formalities.
You will be charged a commission for our intermediary services, which is purely a contingent commission. The standard rate amounts to 15% of the prices realized. Individual agreements can be agreed, if expensive items or major consignments are involved. Additionally, there is an insurance charge of 0,4% of the estimate. Commission and insurance are subject to 19% value added tax. The commission includes all services involved, such as: describing, scanning, including pictures in the catalogue, uploading all lots online, advertising etc. Commission is due only for sold lots, there is no additional charge for unsold lots for which Heinrich Köhler fixed the starting prices!
Advance payments can be granted in appropriate relation to the estimate at convenient interest rates.
