1916, French Republic of Korytsa Eagle & Surcharges Issue, complete set of five, each tied on fragment by "KORYTSA" cds. The 25c on 50L is signed by Chiavarello with his certificate (1967). Only 30 to 35 stamps were overprinted of the high value, making complete sets almost impossible to assemble. Sound, great centering and perforation, nice cancelation strikes.
