1900, First Cretan State Issue, group of nine different Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. trial color proofs on regular paper, seven of which have the SPECIMEN perforation; the 50L green and the 1dr blue do not. Unusual large margins of the 1dr blue, therefore possibly a trimmed die proof. Fresh, unused no gum, very fine

1900/13, Cretan State Issues, a treasure hunter's dream accumulation of hundreds mint and used, as well as covers. Completely unpicked, housed in glassines, better and key set values mostly separated and haphazardly placed in dealer's stock cards; noted several Provisional red and black overprinted 5drs; two complete 1905 sets and numerous mint and used top 3 values of the same set; a couple of 1908 sets complete with duplicate copies of the key 1dr, 3dr and 5drs; well over a dozen 1909, 5drs Surcharge on Rose mint and used; 1909, Gothic 3 & 5drs all over, multiple copies including 3 blocks of four of the key 1910 large Ellas 1dr and many 5dr values, too much to even know what's exactly there. Condition of stamps is mostly high quality, ideal for someone wanting to form a collection. The cover selection is primarily philatelic, some with overprint varieties, one with the 1909, 5dr on rose sticks out, again clean and overall Fine to Very Fine
1905, Second Cretan State Issue, group of eleven different Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. trial color plate proofs (two different of the 5L, 20L and of the 5dr) on regular paper. All with SPECIMEN perforation. Fresh, unused no gum, very fine.
1900/12, Collection of over 40 pieces of postal stationery cards including such interesting usages like "NEAPOLIS" and "LIMIN SITIAS" to Paris, or Berlin, a "CHANIA" to Manchester, an "AG. NIKOLAOS" to Constantinople and numerous others. There are some soiled items, a couple heavily creased, but most are clean with some minor wear and tear.
1900/12, Complete Postal Stationery Card Issues. Lot of 24 unused (some with duplicates), most with pencil number, includes both types of the overprint for the 1908/09 issue. A couple with toning, most are clean and very fine.
1907/10, Group of ten registered postal stationery cards sent to various German cities and Vienna. Interested uprated items with various stamp combinations. Very clean and useful
1905, Therison Rebellion Issues, accumulation of mint, used and covers. Hundreds, genuine and forgeries, unpicked. Better include 1905 Handstamp Issue in strips of five with some wrinkles or creases, a strip of three 1dr with the middle stamp missing the red control; 1905 lithos in mint marginal blocks of ten, imperf pairs and singles of the same issue, a couple of imperf proofs with the center inverted. In the cover section, there is a cover to Theriso franked with two 5L litho tied by the scarce "MALAXA" cds; also, three unaddressed covers with the scarce "AG. EIRINI" cds on handstamp values, etc.

1900/12: Collection of 33 registered items (the two front only), with R-labels (from 1908 for La Canée & Candia) and R-markings mainly from the 3 largest Post Offices, as well as from the smaller ones of Neapolis, Agios Nikolaos, Limin Sitias, Viannos, Anogeia, Vamos. The Neapolis cover bears a handwritten AR too. Very interesting accumulation

Rural Service 1901/20s: very interesting accumulation of rural dotted postmarks (3) and posthorns (70) on legal documents sent to villagers. These documents were offered in the philatelic market during the 1960's, but we rarely see similar material nowadays. Worth examination, mixed condition

Rural Service 1916/37 & Postmen markings: Group of 14 legal documents 3 covers and 2 stamps, with Greek dotted postmarks or posthorns on Greek stamps, or circular postmen numeral markings, mixed condition as expected

1911/1949, Group of over 200 covers and postal stationery card, starting with a group of about 100 Cretan State covers, with a variety of frankings on properly posted covers including some very rare usages; over 45 Greek Administration Overprints and Campaign stamps and stationery, some properly used, some philatelic; included are a registered franked with a Greece in Turkey 5dr with black overprint, two registered with 10dr red overprint, and another with a 25dr red horizontal overprint among many other frankings. Interesting origin and destination usages, as the post-1915 period does as well. Overall a very nice group
