14 c., lilac/green, normal frame, together with 12 c. lilac/yellow-green, tied by clear cds. "ST. THOMAS 14/3 1889" to registered letter addressed to Caracas. A fine and very rare entire with the illusive 14 c. of which only 2 further correctly paid letters are recorded. Certificates Nielsen and Paaskesen (both 1996)
