"SYRUS 19 SEPT" to partially prepaid cover(front) folded lettersheet from Galatz, bearing two single 1864 Lombardy Veneto Coat of arms perf. 9½ 15s. brown, upon arrival in Syrus charged with '40' lepta in blue crayon, some ageing and imperfection but a scarce and attractive combination cover
