MAR.23" via "NEW YORK 9 MAR 24" with straight line "INSUFFICIENTLY PAID" by French Convention Mail via Great Britain with handstamp "F.30" to Switzerland with arrival mark, cover was treated as totally unpaid, reverse with long cuts, otherwise fine (Scott 68)
